Through The Esports Company's program at your Job Corps center, you get your own account on Claude, an AI assistant. Here's how to get in, the rules you're agreeing to, and how to get good answers out of it. Check off each rule below to unlock your lessons.

Getting in

Find your invite emailIt comes from Claude / Anthropic. Check spam if it's not in your inbox.

Sign up with your own emailClick the link and create your login. Use your own email — this account is yours alone.

Confirm you're 18 or olderYou'll affirm your age during signup. This is required to use Claude.

You're inSign in at claude.ai or the Claude app and start a chat. That's it.

The rules — check each box to agree

Your account is yoursDon't share your login or let anyone else use it.

You're responsible for what you do on itFollow Anthropic's Usage Policy (you agree to it at signup) and program rules.

Keep it clean and legalNo illegal, harassing, or harmful use, and don't try to make it produce harmful content.

Protect your privacyDon't enter sensitive personal info — yours or anyone else's.

Do your own workUse Claude to learn and get unstuck, not to turn in its work as yours.

Getting good answers

Be specific

Vague questions get vague answers. Say exactly what you want and the format you want it in.

Give context

Tell it who it's for, what you're working on, and any constraints. It can't read your mind.

Iterate

First answer not quite right? Tell it what to change. A back-and-forth beats one big ask.

Verify

It can be confidently wrong. Check anything important against a real source.
